The Burbank International Film Festival continues its primary mission of fostering a diverse creative spirit and promoting up-and-coming artists in the center of the entertainment industry. Burbank possesses a rich history of movie making magic where you can dine in the same restaurant booth where Michael Mann shot “Heat” or stay in the same Hotel room where “True Romance” was filmed.
BIFF’s schedule of films comprises cinema of every genre, so there’s something for everyone to enjoy. BIFF also continues to introduce new Awards categories to honor the talented craftspeople behind the scenes. The four-day festival includes 130+ film screenings; Q&A’s featuring celebrities and industry professionals; fabulous red carpet receptions; audience awards; and informative panels. BIFF culminates with the Closing Night Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony which is the highlight of the Festival. We shine a light on the unknown artists of today, helping them become the celebrated filmmakers of tomorrow.

Burbank Creative Collective Spring Mixer at Salit
COMMUNITY ARTS GRANT RECIPIENT
Join us on Sunday, May 3 at 3:30 pm at Salit Conservatory for the Burbank Creative Collective, a special gathering that celebrates the richness and diversity of Burbank’s artistic community. Presented by the Salit Foundation, this event brings together a range of local artists and organizations for an afternoon of performance, collaboration, and creative exchange.
The Burbank Creative Collective is designed to highlight the many ways the arts shape community life by creating space for artists, performers, and audiences to come together in a shared experience. Through music, theater, and interdisciplinary performance, the event reflects the spirit of collaboration that continues to strengthen Burbank’s cultural landscape.
This year’s Collective will feature participation from the California Creative Collective, Burbank Philharmonic, The Burbank BlaBla, The Generation Gap Jug Band, The Conundrum Theater, and Musona, each offering a unique contribution to the afternoon’s programming. Together, these organizations represent a vibrant cross-section of the creative voices working throughout our city, each bringing their own artistry, perspective, and energy to the stage.
Presented in the intimate setting of Salit Conservatory, the Burbank Creative Collective offers audiences the opportunity to experience live performance in a welcoming and community-centered environment. More than a single performance, the event serves as a celebration of artistic connection and a reminder of the important role the arts play in bringing people together.
Whether you are a longtime supporter of the arts or simply curious to experience the creative life of Burbank in a new way, this event invites you to listen, engage, and celebrate the artists who help shape our community. We warmly invite you to join us for this special afternoon of performance and shared artistic spirit.
